His professional journey includes roles as a purchaser, quality system administrator, corporate trainer, and marketer , experience that equips him with a comprehensive understanding of business operations and stakeholder needs. Adrian holds a degree in Information Technology Management and a Master’s in Management and Marketing, complemented by multiple ISO certifications.

He specialises in the design, implementation, and optimisation of Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Safety & Health Management Systems, as well as Integrated Management Systems (IMS). Adrian has successfully led system development and training initiatives for organisations across various industries, ensuring compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Meera Rasadurai is a seasoned trainer with a rich background in various fields, including marketing, nutrition, and holistic wellness. With over 20 years of experience as a freelance trainer, she has worked across diverse industries, from engineering to hospitality, providing training and coaching to professionals worldwide. Meera's expertise extends to conducting First Aid and CPR with AED training sessions, ensuring participants are equipped to handle medical emergencies effectively. Passionate about personal development and environmental sustainability, she advocates for positive change and aims to inspire others to reach their full potential while fostering peace and understanding in the community. Through her commitment to continuous

Before obtaining his bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), India, Shiv completed his Australian matriculation (AUSMAT). Influenced by his maternal grandfather, Mr. Rasadurai Arumugam, Shiv developed a passion for medicine and teaching. As a trainer, he aims to impart his knowledge and expertise. Shiv's medical training equipped him to respond effectively to various real-world emergencies, complemented by certifications in First Aid, CPR with AED, and Train the Trainer.

With over 30 years of experience in the Accident and Emergency department, Yeo Siok Beng brings extensive expertise in patient assessment and treatment. Following his retirement in November 2011 after two decades of service at Hospital Tuanku Jafaar Seremban, he transitioned to become an assistant trainer with OSH Trainers, specializing in First Aid and CPR. Additionally, he has been a valuable member of the State CPR Team, contributing to Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support initiatives.

Khairul Anuar, with over 35 years of experience in paramedicine and Accident and Emergency care, brings invaluable expertise to his role. His responsibilities range from
on-scene patient assessment to administering advanced treatments and monitoring patient condition en route to the hospital. Since 2009, he has been a dedicated
trainer at OSH Trainers, specializing in First Aid and CPR, and transitioned to full-time training post-retirement in 2017. His exemplary skills have earned him recognition, including the Cemerlang Award for Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Accidents and Emergencies. Having retired as the Head of Accident and Emergency department at Hospital Port Dickson in 2017, Khairul continues to make a
significant impact in healthcare training and preparedness.

Uvitra Shanmugalingam is a dynamic Occupational Safety & Health trainer who combines medical expertise with human development. Holding a Bachelor’s (Hons) in Biomedical Science from IMU and experience as a Medical Underwriter at Prudential Services Asia, she brings analytical precision and practical insight to her training.

A certified Train the Trainer and First Aid + CPR with AED instructor, Uvitra integrates Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Intelligence into her sessions, creating transformative learning experiences that build both technical competence and emotional resilience.

Known for her energetic presence and holistic approach, she empowers participants to think critically, act confidently, and lead with clarity—turning safety training into a powerful journey of personal and professional growth.

Since 2008, Rajap has been actively involved with DOSH and NIOSH, conducting trainings and assessments. He has been a Trainer for the National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) since 2001, focusing on road safety courses
such as Safe Handling of Forklift Truck and Safe Motorcycle Defensive Riding for Workers. Additionally, he serves as an Assessor for Authorized Entrant & Standby Person (AESP) at NIOSH. Rajap also trains for Tetraosh Management & Services on Pedestrian Safety and Safe Motorcycle Defensive Riding since 2009, and for the Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety & Health (MSOSH) since 2010. Since 2011, he has been a trainer for Forklift truck, Defensive driving, and Confined space.

Andrew Anthony is a seasoned safety and health management professional with over three decades of experience. Armed with diplomas in electrical & electronics
and project management, along with a bachelor's degree in business administration focusing on occupational safety & health management, Andrew holds various certifications, including in safety training methodologies and ISO standards.
Throughout his career, he has served in diverse roles, from safety officer in industries like electronics and oil & gas to consultant and trainer for numerous organizations.
Andrew's achievements include chairing occupational safety and health conferences, receiving awards, and contributing to safety publications. He has conducted extensive training programs locally and internationally, emphasizing loss prevention systems and emergency preparedness. Andrew is also active in sports activities and community volunteer work.

Hariz is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and Fitness Team Leader at Believe Fitness. With over ten years of experience, he empowers individuals by connecting
physical health with mental well-being. Hariz has participated in the Viper Challenge, led corporate events with Maybank staff, and trained the NSJ Beauty Product Team. He believes in
listening to the body, being mindful of unique training cycles, and pushing oneself to distinguish between physical and mental exhaustion. Hariz's qualifications include NASM (CPT),
a Diploma in Coaching, and a Science Degree in Sports Management (UITM). Specializing in fat loss, functional training, group exercise, strength and conditioning, and women's fitness, he is passionate about helping clients reach their goals and develop long-term healthy habits. His

Khairul is a seasoned trainer and consultant, drawing from his extensive background as a senior executive in safety and health within the manufacturing industry. With diverse experience across multiple sectors including latex, electronics, construction, and oleochemicals & chemicals, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his training sessions. Registered as a Safety & Health Officer with the Department of Occupational Safety & Health, Malaysia (HQ/18/SHO/01/01597), Khairul initially pursued education in Occupational Safety and Health at Open University Malaysia
before obtaining his Master’s degree in the field from Selangor University.

Jafni is a clinical exercise specialist with over 15 years of experience in helping people improve their quality of life. He specializes in building comprehensive fitnes programs that cater to each individual's physical and emotional needs, incorporating a mix of cardio, strength and conditioning, and flexibility training. Jafni's expertise has led him to participate in the Viper Challenge, lead corporate events with Maybank
staff, and train the NSJ Beauty Product Team. He is dedicated to guiding clients to a healthier, more confident version of themselves. His qualifications include NASM (CPT), IKFF Kettlebell Level 1, BOSU, ViPR, Functional Training, and TRX Training. Jafni's specialties are rehabilitation, weight training, muscle mass development, fat loss, and corrective exercises. His training style focuses on powerlifting, driven by his motto,

Since 2018, she has served as the Learning and Development Manager at Plaza Premium Group, delivering a wide range of programs including Communication Series, Lean Six Sigma, Business Management, Managerial Skills, and Operations Trainer Certification. Chef Shaharim bin Abu Hassan is a highly accomplished culinary professional with over 30 years of experience in Malaysia’s hospitality and food service industry. A graduate of the MARA Institute of Technology’s Chef Training program (1989), he has served in senior roles such as Executive Chef, F&B Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Consultant Chef across 14 renowned hotels, contributing extensively to pre-opening projects and restaurant development. His expertise and reputation have led to media appearances on notable TV programs and features in major publications, alongside winning multiple national awards in cold display, hot cooking, and ice carving.
